Can we just heat vinyl transfer as the material for the number and then we do the embroidery works around the number so we can have the tackle twill number with high quality and nice looking ?

  Heat transfer vinyl is probably not going to give you the high end twill numbering that you are looking for, however if you want to try the application for a sort of faux applique most heat transfer films can be direct embroidered through without gumming up the needle
