I have been trying for a week to get the mask use with the opaque transfer
paper from stahls they keep sending me the wrong thing.
do you have the mask

Do you have any information and/or video demonstrating transferring images on to sublimation plates and cups using a heat press and a plate puck?

I was wondering if you had any experience with the GX-300 series machines from Roland. I was trying to do the opaque transfer paper cut out (superman) and I can not get the machine to recognize the paper position when trying to cut the symbol out. If you have any suggestions please contact me. Thank you!
