I was wondering if you have any experience with direct printing to garment? I was wondering what is a good system and also if the colors are vibrant. How does it compare to screen printing.

  I do have some experience with DTG machines. I personally like the Belquette machines. The color quality is pretty good and does compare favorably to screen printing for certain quantities and types of jobs. It really shines with photo realism and full front, low qty jobs on cotton garments. I think you’ll experience challenges when trying to decorate synthetic fabrics with any DTG. Hope this helps. I would recommend a trade show where you can give them some test files and compare print quality from machine to machine. ISSShows.com is a good place to start.

Do you have a video or advice on pressing high pile fleece?

  I do not. Typically High Pile fleece is better embroidered as heat can effect the pile of the fleece. Screen printing or heat pressing this can prove difficult and often ruins the garment.
