Pinks stinks, especially when its supposed to be bright white lettering on a red team jersey or performance fabric. Dye migration is a major problem in today’s decorated apparel marketplace. The problem is only increasing as manufacturing levels of polyester fabrics are increasing every year. Popular US supplier such as A4, Teamwork, Holloway, Don Alleson, Under Armour, Adidas and Augusta Sportswear all have garments that sometimes have dye migration issues…the list can go on. The video below will explain what to watch out for on these problem fabrics and offers solutions for decorating athletic apparel of all types with heat press transfer film.
This design is steller! You obviously know how to keep
a reader amused. Between your wit and your
videos, I was almost moved to start my own
blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Fantastic job. I really loved
what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.
Too cool!

Great info as always! As an afterthought, how do you clean the cover sheets so they don’t ruin the next project?
Not really a good way to clean a cover sheet from sublimated inks, I would recommend sourcing the cheapest cover sheet possible and disposing them after each application.
