Heat Pressing Polyester Video – Dye Migration

Pinks stinks, especially when its supposed to be bright white lettering on a red team jersey or performance fabric.  Dye migration is a major problem in today’s decorated apparel marketplace.  The problem is only increasing as manufacturing levels of polyester fabrics are increasing every year.  Popular US supplier such as A4, Teamwork, Holloway, Don Alleson, Under Armour, Adidas and Augusta Sportswear all have garments that sometimes have dye migration issues…the list can go on.  The video below will explain what to watch out for on these problem fabrics and offers solutions for decorating athletic apparel of all types with heat press transfer film.
