Reusable Cover Sheet or Kraft Paper – a Visual Difference

I get the question a lot, what is the difference between using a reusable cover sheet versus a sheet of kraft paper?

I also get, my digital transfer material is too glossy, do you have anything different to try?

Believe it or not, the gloss level of a finished transfer can be greatly impacted by the cover sheet used.  Check out the photo below for a visual of the two results on one of our best selling materials Sportfilm Lite.

To make a finished transfer look more matte in appearance, try covering and pressing for 5-8 seconds with kraft paper as a finishing step…for a gloss finish, do the same thing with the reusable cover sheet.

To order either cover sheet, just visit this link: Stahls’ Accessories Page

The above number was covered halfway with a reuasable cover sheet and the other half with Kraft Paper, notice the big difference in sheen.
