Heat Press Polypropylene Bags, Nylon, Denier Polyester

Promotional Products manufacturers must see this - a heat press that is configured specifically for high volume bag applications.

Source your four color process or digitally printed transfers and you’re in the game.

What type of heat transfer can I use to print on a paper bag? What is the ideal temperature/pressure/time needed?
    Thanks!

I didn’t know you could print on paper bags. Interesting video! Gave us something to think about. Thanks.

Yeah – its all about having the right type of transfer that is compatible with your item. Good luck and let me know if you have any specific questions.

        Hi Josh:

That looks great. I want to try a few to see the customer response. What are the approx. heat and time settings for paper, polypro and denier poly bags. I just need a starting point for trying it out. Also what is the pricepoint on the model you were showing and do you sell reconditioned.

A good starting point for polypro is 255 degrees for approximately 10-15 seconds, using a teflon cover sheet. Express Print and Premium Plus will work at these settings. Use Express Print for full color transfers and Premium Plus for single color. The Hotronix Air Swinger sells for approximately $3300 with the stand. You can call Hotronix at 1-800-727-8520 to see if they have any used machines available.

You are going to need to research sublimation. You can start by contacting Alpha Supply – talk to Jack Franklin, he should be able to point you in the right direction.
